Configuring MiniCalendar ___________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Setting up MiniCalendar just the way you want it. To configure MiniCalendar, choose “Preferences…” from the File menu.   MiniCalendar’s preferences are divided into two main sections.   Use Appearance Colors This option allows you to decide how you want MiniCalendar to be displayed. With this option turned OFF, MiniCalendar is drawn in black and white. With this option turned ON, MiniCalendar is drawn using a grayscale appearance. Additionally, if you have Kaleidoscope installed, MiniCalendar will use the current Kaleidoscope scheme when this option is turned ON. Use Utility Pattern This option allows you to use the system's utility pattern as the background for the calendar. See the FAQ in the Troubleshooting section to set the utility pattern. Highlight Current Date This option allows you to draw a Red box around the current date. Use Highlight Color This option allows you to use the system highlight color when drawing a box around the current date. The highlight color can be changed using the Color control panel under System 7, or by using the Appearance control panel under MacOS 8.0. Save Window Position This option saves the position of the calendar window and the set date dialog. Display Previous/Next month This option allows days from the previous month and the next month to be displayed in the unused spaces on the current calendar. Week starts on Monday This option allows MiniCalendar to draw the calendar with the week starting on Monday. OK Saves any changes that were made in the Preferences dialog box. Cancel Ignores any changes that were made in the Preferences dialog box. Default Restores the factory defaults.
